Mediora Terms of Use

This document summarizes the rules that apply to your use of Mediora. By installing and opening the app, you accept these terms.

Service description

• App: Mediora — Social Media Video Downloader (Android and iOS)
• Developer: Morph Haven — morphaven@outlook.com
• Android package name: app.mediora.android
• iOS bundle ID: app.mediora.ios
• Purpose: Save publicly visible videos from links you paste — TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Reddit, Facebook, Twitch, and Bilibili — to your device.

Mediora hosts no video content of its own. It only fetches publicly available content from the link you supply and returns it to you. Copyright remains with the platform and the original publisher.

Permitted use

• Saving content you yourself uploaded.
• Saving content the publisher has explicitly allowed to be downloaded.
• Personal study, criticism, news reporting, or other fair-use purposes.
• Personal archiving (offline viewing, backup).

Prohibited use

The following are strictly forbidden and may lead to your install ID or IP address being blocked at the server level:

• Copyright infringement — republishing, selling, or licensing someone else's content without permission.
• Private content — private accounts, DMs, or any access-restricted post (Mediora can't reach these technically anyway).
• Commercial redistribution — re-uploading downloaded content to your own paid or ad-supported platform.
• Automation / bots — abusing the API with third-party bots, scrapers, or industrial-scale bulk-download tools.
• Rate-limit bypass — rotating multiple devices/identities to skirt the per-install quota.
• Illegal content — child sexual abuse material, anything taken down via DMCA, illegal drugs, weapons, or comparable material.

Quotas and limits

• Free tier: 5 downloads per 15 minutes; Batch download up to 5 links.
• Premium ($1.99/mo): 50 downloads per 15 minutes; Batch up to 30 links; no ads.
• Bonus download: when your quota runs out you can watch an optional rewarded ad for +1 download (max 5 times per day).

These limits exist to protect backend resources (bandwidth, CPU) and keep the service sustainable for everyone. If abuse is detected, Morph Haven may block the offending install ID or IP without prior notice.

Premium subscription

• Price: $1.99/month or the local equivalent shown by your app store.
• Payment: Android payments are collected by Google via Google Play Billing. iOS payments are collected by Apple via App Store / StoreKit.
• Renewal: Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled through the store account that purchased it. After cancelling you keep Premium until the end of the current period.
• Refund: Google Play refunds are handled by Google; App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can also email morphaven@outlook.com for support, but store refund decisions remain with Google or Apple.
• Multiple account note: the subscription is registered to the Google or Apple account used at purchase. If the device switches store accounts, the app may report "not Premium" until you switch back to the purchasing account.
• Premium features may grow over time (new platforms, larger Batch quotas, etc.); features that are already free will not be moved behind the paywall.

Ads

The free tier shows Google AdMob ads:

• A small banner at the bottom of the screen.
• One skippable interstitial every 5 downloads.
• An optional rewarded ad when your quota runs out (watch it for +1 download).

Ad content is determined by Google AdMob; Morph Haven does not control individual campaigns. If you see an inappropriate ad, tap the "ⓘ" → "Stop seeing this ad / Report this ad" — that goes directly to Google.

Disclaimer

Mediora is provided "as is". Morph Haven gives no warranty for, and accepts no liability for indirect or incidental damages caused by:

• Specific videos becoming un-downloadable due to upstream platform API changes.
• Server maintenance, downtime, or temporary access blocks tied to quota.
• How the user uses downloaded content — including any copyright or legal liability that follows.
• Issues caused by third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play, Apple App Store / StoreKit, Cloudflare).

Service changes and shutdown

Morph Haven may pause the app, the API, or support for specific platforms with or without prior notice. If the service is shut down entirely, refunds for active Premium subscriptions are handled through the store where the purchase was made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Statutory consumer rights remain reserved.
